Met ed is a joke! How many customers realize that when you move and transfer service that you are given a NEW account number and you OLD when stays active???
I made an online payment, nor knowing the above mentioned and i came home to find my electric shut off. NO ONE was helpful, said it wad my fault, even though they made a credit to the old account. The realized what happened after many phone calls and transfers, YET they refuse to come turn my electric back on because now it looks as though i FAILED to honor the payment arrangement. I filed a complaint with PUC, which was placed on high priority...yet here i sit in the COLD & DARK.
Thanks met-ed for your awesome customer service!!!! I wish i had another utility option.
