This is absolutely ridiculous....to charge people security deposits because they may get behind on the bill..if they are having a hard time paying the bill as it is because its always astronomically high and you aren't even home more than 20% of the time...how do they expect you to pay a $225 security deposit....when you already use their electricity! This is insane to do this to people..people struggle..I work three jobs, now you are telling me if I DO NOT pay this deposit that you ADDED to my bill, I will have my electric shut off...I've had your service for over 30 years...this is absolutely a ridiculous scam and should be totally illegal to do....I'm speechless...it's so wrong to do this to your ALREADY active customers!!!
